Thank you for volunteering with AYSO in Laguna Niguel. All volunteers, new and returning, must be registered each year. The easiest, most confidential way to do this is online with a service provided by AYSO.
Open your Internet browser to http://eayso.org/.
New volunteers: Click the ‘First time’ button. On the following page, click the ‘AYSO volunteers’ button. New volunteers will be asked for names and contact information for three personal references and for your driver's license and social security number. Rest assured that AYSO holds this information in the strictest of confidence and does NOT print this information on the forms.
Returning volunteers: Click the 'AYSO volunteers' button to update your information.
All volunteers should continue filling in the required information on the next pages until you create or update your eAYSO record.
Print 2 copies, sign them, and mail both copies to:
