Spring 2013 Instructions for Players Who Did Not Play Fall 2012 AYSO Soccer

  1. Go online to the national player registration website: Click Here
  2. Select "Region 41 in Laguna Niguel" and apply online.  Make sure you complete ALL screens including the our new electronic signature feature at the end.
  3. Print 1 copy of the player application
  4. Make Payment
    1. Prepare check to "AYSO 41" - $120/player, or
    2. If you wish to use a Visa or MC please pay online. After you have registered your player(s) return to the home page of eAYSO and use the “online payments” link.
  5. Print and sign/date ZERO TOLERANCE form.  Click Here for form.
  6. Photocopy birth certificate if player is new to Region 41
IMPORTANT
  1. Mail the following:
    • ____ 1 original of the signed/dated/initialed player application
    • ____ 1 original signed/dated ZERO TOLERANCE form
    • ____ Photocopy of birth certificate if player is new to Region 41
    • ____ Check for $120 per player (if paid online include copy of online receipt)

The American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) was established in the Los Angeles area in 1964 with nine teams. It was the dream of a group of devoted soccer enthusiasts who started the organization in a garage. Today, AYSO has more than 50,000 teams and more than 650,000 players.
