- Ranking process: Each region has supplied Area 11L with a vetted referee list and ranks their referees for Max Boy, Max Girl and Max AR comfort levels.
- In addition the Area requires minimum badge levels for referee (center):

- Referees wanting to cover Area Playoff matches must have covered at least 5 matches during the regular fall season at either the Region or Area level.
MATCH CANCELLATIONS
- Any referee that is unable to keep their scheduled assignment should advise the Area Referee Scheduler as soon as possible so that he/she may be removed from the schedule and the game may be made available to other referees.
