Refund Policy
The deadline for requesting a refund for Fall is August 1. Refunds will be issued to the person/company that paid for the player, if the following conditions are met:
- Player has not participated in any games or practices
- Has returned the full uniform (in like-new condition) to the team coach
- Has submitted the required paperwork listed below
1. Region 41 Refund Form
2. Photocopy of the front and back of the canceled registration fee check or CC receipt.
